Please review our refund policy before placing your order.

1. Print-on-Demand Products

All our products are made to order through Tapstitch.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item is defective or damaged.

• You received the wrong item.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact us at guemuslco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and photos of the issue.

• We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund (case by case).

3. Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it goes into production immediately and cannot be canceled.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Because items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for:

• Wrong size selection

• Change of mind
